For the seventh year in a row, Banorte has been named to Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index.

Banorte has been named to the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) for the second time. The GEI recognizes companies’ gender-related practices that help investors improve the quality of environmental, social, and governance data.

Banorte was named to the GEI, a modified market capitalization-weighted index that measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline; equal pay and gender pay parity; inclusive culture; anti-sexual harassment policies; and pro-women brand.

Banorte has been recognized for its performance in the index for the seventh year in a row. The index includes companies from 54 industries, including financials, technology, utilities, diversified industrial, leisure products, and steel.
