The Sphere has been open for business since September, and Sphere Entertainment revealed financial data for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2024, which ended on September 30, 2023, on Wednesday. That was, however, the day after Sphere officially opened its doors.

The Sphere has been the buzz of town since its debut, so how has the company lost roughly $100 million in revenue since then?

Sphere Entertainment Company announced in an earnings call last week that the Las Vegas venue suffered an operational deficit of $98.4 million in July, August, and September.

Sphere, on the other hand, debuted in late September, according to the business. The corporation claims that in the short period since it opened, the facility has generated approximately $8 million in revenue.
