Musk postpones the «robotaxi» launch to alter the concept
Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, stated on Monday that the company’s «robotaxi» launch was postponed due to design modifications.
Musk replied to a comment made by a different user on the social network X by stating that he had asked for «a major design change on the front end» and that the company will be able to display «a few things» during the wait.
Last week, American media outlets disclosed that the «robotaxi» debut will be postponed until at least October. This news caused a steep 8% decline in Tesla stock.
Musk declared that the car, which he views as a revolutionary automobile, will be unveiled on August 8 following reports that Tesla had shelved the project.
