Artificial intelligence is key to streamline and improve services: Banorte
Grupo Financiero Banorte remarked that it has been using artificial intelligence (AI) for several years to increase the efficiency of the services it provides to its clients since it ensures sufficient, creative, and individualized care that improves procedures.
“An important advance to achieve this is precisely how we use artificial intelligence, which is not a new topic, it has been with us for many years. It is worth mentioning our virtual assistant Maya, which was released since 2018 and evolves week by week, day by day. It can currently answer 400 intentions, 400 questions about our processes, services, products and can perform 18 transactions both on the web portal, as well as on the app.” said Alejandro D’León, senior AI specialist at Banorte.
In his panel discussion on «Artificial intelligence applied to the Mexican financial system,» he also mentioned that Maya is continuously evolving and that, in order to enhance the customer experience, the organization is concentrating on personalization and the applications of data—both of which are critical security concerns.
