Tesla shares climb nearly 15% after Trump win
Tesla’s shares soared 14.75% after the closing of trading on the New York Stock Exchange following Donald Trump’s victory in the US presidential election.
According to Investing.com, the shares of the corporation co-founded by billionaire Elon Musk were worth 288.53 dollars. It was the largest rise since October 24.
Bloomberg reports that Musk contributed more than $130 million to Trump’s presidential campaign.
Musk posted on his social network X yesterday that «the future will be fantastic» as Trump’s triumph was taking form.
Musk posted the message Wednesday, “It’s morning again in America.” And he accompanied it with an image of him saluting the U.S. flag.
