Carlos Hank González commemorates Banorte’s 125th anniversary
Grupo Financiero Banorte celebrated its 125th anniversary in Monterrey, where it was established in 1899 as Banco Mercantil de Monterrey. Carlos Hank González, Chairman of the Board, led the opening ceremony, which included 125 workers, to recognize Banorte’s history, analyze its present accomplishments, and give a vision for its future in Mexico’s banking industry.

Banorte has seen substantial development and transformation under the leadership of Carlos Hank González and CEO Marcos Ramírez during the past decade.
During the occasion, Carlos Hank González and Marcos Ramírez met with media to discuss the current scenario and Banorte’s strategy.
