For the fourth consecutive year, Extel acknowledges Grupo Financiero Banorte as Latin America’s Most Honored Company

Extel, a global firm focused on finance, awarded Carlos Hank González, who serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Grupo Financiero Banorte (GFNorte). The Most Honored Company accolade in its annual Latin America Executive Team 2025 ranking.

GFNorte secured the top position in eight additional categories: Best Company Board of Directors, led by Carlos Hank González, and Best Chief Executive Officer, held by Marcos Ramírez Miguel.

This ranking includes financial companies in Latin America (excluding Brazil, due to Extel’s own methodology), as well as companies from all industries in Mexico.

Among the attributes measured in the different categories are credibility, leadership, commercial and market knowledge, and communication, among others.
