By 2025, Anthropic plans to increase its global staff in order to grow its AI

According to information released by the firm to specialized media sites, Anthropic said on Friday that it will triple its international workforce and quintuple its applied AI team by 2025 as part of its intensified global expansion in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).
By using this tactic, the AI startup hopes to grow outside of the US and compete more fiercely with Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI.
The business claims that the use of Anthropic’s AI, Claude, has reached a tipping point globally, with nations like South Korea, Australia, and Singapore having higher per capita usage, and approximately 80% of activity coming from outside the US.
The company, valued at $183 billion, now has more than 300,000 customers worldwide, up from less than 1,000 just two years ago.
As part of its global expansion, Anthropic will create more than 100 new jobs at its offices in Dublin, London, and Zurich, and plans to open new offices in Europe.
In addition, the company also announced the opening of its first office in Asia, in Tokyo, and plans to open more offices on the continent over the next year.
