SpaceX Signs Supply Agreement with Reflection AI Worth Up to 6,300 million dollars

SpaceX, an aerospace and artificial intelligence (AI) business, and Reflection AI signed a processing capacity supply agreement. The third of its sort in just two months, under which SpaceX might collect up to $6,300 million.

According to reports on Monday from CNBC and TechCrunch, Reflection AI agreed to pay $150 million a month beginning on July 1 and continuing until 2029. In exchange for access to the Nvidia GB300 chips that SpaceX keeps in a data center in Memphis, Tennessee. These chips are used to train and run advanced AI models.

According to media sites, the agreement is worth $6.3 billion in total. But either business may terminate it with 90 days’ notice after the first three months.

With Anthropic, which will pay $1,250 million per month, and Google, which will pay $920 million per month, SpaceX has inked two more comparable agreements to supply computing capacity, albeit on a larger scale. These agreements run through 2029 and include the option to terminate them.

According to industry media, Reflection AI, a startup created in 2024 by two former AI researchers at Google DeepMind. Is valued at $25,000 million in private fundraising rounds and focuses on open-source technologies. The company has not yet produced any models.
