According to reports, LVMH is considering selling its 50% ownership of Fenty Beauty

According to four sources with knowledge of the situation, luxury goods behemoth LVMH is considering selling its 50% share in Fenty Beauty, which it owns in collaboration with Grammy-winning singer and businesswoman Rihanna.
According to three people, the business is collaborating on the sale with investment firm Evercore. Due to the confidentiality of the procedure, all four requested anonymity.
LVMH’s internal beauty incubator, Kendo Brands, assisted Rihanna, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, in launching Fenty Beauty in 2017. According to the sources, she and LVMH each control half of the business.
According to two of the people, Fenty Beauty, which made roughly $450 million in 2024, would be worth between $1 billion and $2 billion.
