Ticketmaster replies to Olivia Dean’s criticism about resale prices

Olivia Dean, a British singer, has been successful in getting Ticketmaster to regulate resale ticket prices and repay fans for any markups they have previously paid to resellers via that channel.
Last week, the singer of classics like «Nice to Each Other» and «Man I Need» blasted Ticketmaster, Live Nation, and AEG for offering «terrible service» and permitting resale rates for her North American tour, «The Art of Loving Live,» which she claimed were totally against her wishes.

According to Dean, those who paid more than the original price for resale tickets will receive a refund from both Ticketmaster and the ticketing company AXS. The tour’s future resale prices, she continued, will remain the same.
