The aerospace company SpaceX announced an agreement with Google on Friday under which the search engine company will pay $920 million per month. Between October 2026 and June 2029 in exchange for computing capacity.

SpaceX notified the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of a «cloud services agreement» with Google—its client—to whom it will provide access to approximately 110,000 Nvidia computing components. Such as processors and memory chips, according to a statement.

The deal between SpaceX and Google is comparable to the one that was revealed in May. Between the aerospace business and Anthropic, an artificial intelligence (AI) developer. Wherein the Claude assistant’s inventor will exchange processing capacity for $1.25 billion per month through 2029.

According to SpaceX, which is run by business magnate Elon Musk, Google «has agreed to pay us $920 million per month from October 2026 to June 2029.» But the agreement could change «if we do not provide access to the promised number of GPUs by September 30, 2026.»

If SpaceX fails to deliver on its promises, Google may after a one-month grace period. Terminate the agreement or accept the GPUs offered by SpaceX at a lower monthly rate.

Furthermore, after December 31, either party may terminate the agreement with ninety days’ notice.

The announcement comes one week before SpaceX’s highly anticipated Nasdaq IPO. Which is shaping up to be the largest stock market debut in history, as the firm seeks to raise approximately $75 billion through the initial public offering.
