Months before he passed away, OnlyFans’ rich owner received a $700 million dividend

According to paperwork the firm submitted in the UK on Tuesday, the late billionaire owner of the adult content portal OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky. Was paid $709 million by the company just months before he passed away in March.
According to the annual report from Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, Radvinsky got $535 million in dividends for the firm’s fiscal year 2025, which concluded in November.
In the first three months of 2026, four more dividend payments totaling $174 million were made.
Compared to the previous year, when he received $497 million, the 2025 payout was higher.
The director of the corporation did not advise paying an extra payout during this time, according to the lawsuit.
The presentation also reveals that operating earnings rose 6.5% to $709 million in 2025. While the company’s revenues reached $1.55 billion, a 10% increase from the year before.
Radvinsky’s company has paid him $2.5 billion in dividends since 2021. This comprises the $1.8 billion he was given in prior years as well as the $709 million that was revealed on Tuesday.
At the time of his passing, Radvinsky’s net worth was estimated by Forbes to be $4.7 billion. According to the report, Yekaterina Chudnovsky, Radvinsky’s wife, became the sole trustee of the LR Fenix Trust when he passed away. She was her husband’s de facto business partner, a source close to the pair told Forbes in May. In 2018, Radvinsky reportedly paid $30 million to acquire a 75% share in the parent business of OnlyFans from its creator, Tim Stokely, and his father, Guy Stokely. The Ukrainian-American had previously became wealthy through the pornographic webcam website MyFreeCams.
