A spokeswoman for the company announced on Monday that Leonid Radvinsky, the Ukrainian-born businessman who, following a dubious and contentious beginning, acquired billions—$1.9 million every day, according to Forbes—as the proprietor of the adult content portal OnlyFans, passed away at the age of 43 from cancer.

An OnlyFans representative informed Forbes on Monday morning that Radvinsky passed away «peacefully after a long battle with cancer.»

In 2018, Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans, turning the fan membership service—which enables users to purchase exclusive content from creators—from a specialized website into a wildly successful pornographic enterprise. In 2024, Forbes reported that he was making $1.9 million every day from it.

Radvinsky was the 869th richest person in the world at the time of his death, according to Forbes calculations, with a net worth of $4.7 billion.

On the 2025 Forbes 400 list of the wealthiest Americans, he came in at number 181.

OnlyFans made $1.4 billion in income in 2024 with $7.2 billion spent by customers, while Radvinsky paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends through early 2025.
